About the house

We build the
reason to remember the name.

Web Asset House is the public portfolio for a focused collection of commercial domains, original web products, and independently produced public-information projects.

The operating thesis

A domain earns context through use.

01

Name the category

Each project begins with the semantic reach of the domain: the audience it can address, the promise it can responsibly make, and the boundaries it must keep.

02

Build the experience

The house develops an original responsive product—editorial system, workflow, assessment, toolkit, or structured guide—rather than leaving the name unproven.

03

Document the property

Public overviews describe the asset without publishing private buyer research, negotiation parameters, internal valuations, or sensitive diligence materials.

04

Transfer with discipline

Any transaction remains subject to independent diligence, owner approval, definitive documents, cleared funds, and controlled technical transfer.

Two carefully separated collections

Commercial products and independent public-figure projects.

Commercial properties are presented as developed product concepts. Personal-name domains are presented only as independent, unofficial editorial or companion projects with visible non-affiliation, privacy, source, and rights boundaries. An acquisition of a personal-name asset can transfer only the seller’s rights in the domain and identified original materials—not rights in any person’s name, identity, likeness, publicity, privacy, trademark, reputation, services, endorsement, or affiliation. Every intended use requires independent legal diligence.

The house excludes private prospect lists, internal valuations, confidential transaction materials, and the separate sanctions-hold domain that has no public acquisition path. A listing does not represent traffic, revenue, customers, trademark clearance, regulatory approval, endorsement, or third-party interest unless expressly documented.
